Risk

• Using the menu select Tools Ø Master Data to access the general master data window.
  

 

• From within this screen click on Risk to access risk related master data.
  

Indicator to define the risk level. This can, for example, be a low, medium, high and critical classification.

Relevant fields are:

• Name: Short description
• Description: Long description
• Weight: numeric value that can be used for, for example, reporting purposes

 

Define risk level master data

Select the risk level tab.

Click on or press <CTRL> + ’N’ to create a new entry.

Click on or press <CTRL> + ‘S’ to save all created and/or changed entries.

 

 

Indicator to define current status of the identified risk. This can, for example, be mitigated, partly mitigated, not mitigated or not assessed.

Relevant fields are:

• Color: color for conveniently identifying a certain status (this is used on the risk details pane)
• Name: Short description
• Weight: numeric value that can be used for, for example, reporting purposes

 

Define risk status master data

Select the risk status tab.

Double click on to select an appropriate color using the shown color picker.

Click on or press <CTRL> + ’N’ to create a new entry.

Click on or press <CTRL> + ‘S’ to save all created and/or changed entries.

 

Indicator to define the type of risk. This can, for example, be inherent risk or business risk.

Relevant fields are:

• Name: Short description
• Description: Long description

 

Define risk type master data

Select the risk type tab.

Click on or press <CTRL> + ’N’ to create a new entry.

Click on or press <CTRL> + ‘S’ to save all created and/or changed entries.
